  • It is a nice product fits nice over the shoe, but it feels like it’s not very durable plastic. If you want to be discrete it is not a good option, as the sensor, althogh is protected is also completely visible.

I thought this would be the best product for the Nike+, seems logical that you insert the Nike+ in the case, close the threaded plastic, attach to shoe and go with it. WRONG.

On two different runs, my Nike+ has fallen out. The first time, I felt it detach and picked it up and put it back in. The 2nd time I didn’t feel it and about a tenth of a mile later I went back to find the Nike+ and couldn’t locate it.

And yes, I read the instructions for operating use, multiple times to see if I was doing something wrong…nope, just poor design.

Opting for a velcro enclosed case instead. This looks stylish, but is a piece of crap.

Want to spend the entire run worrying about the sensor detaching, go for this product…want to actually run and focus on running, buy another product.

I’ve got over 500 running miles using the Switcheasy with no problems. This product has a few unique features that the others don’t have.

    1. quick attach and disconnect for switching shoes. Very easy; much better than fussing with wrapping little velcro arms around laces. Pull, turn, slide-out.

    2. Direct, finger push access to the little on/off button on the sensor. Handy if you want your sensor battery to last longer. you can even access it without fully taking the sensor off of your shoe- just pull-turn-press, and you’re good to go.

    3. comes with caps for the Receiver connector that slides into the housing for ‘safe keeping’ and keeping your Nike+ goodies together.

Hard to imagine how it could possibly fall off as reported in some other reviews. Seems very secure to me. (but I believe them- I guess the product plastic must have broken)

I purchased this product a while ago- directly from their website. It was easy to install, maybe a little too easy. I had it on for maybe a month before I went for a run on a local trail. After finishing my run I noticed my shoe looked different- the adapter had unclipped and my sensor was gone! It is way too easy for this thing to fall off.

A better (and cheaper alternative): Cut the tongue of your shoe, insert the sensor, then sow it back up. Costs nothing, and you’ll never lose your sensor.
