I was disappointed to find that this device does not recognize the latest IPhone 3GS. It did work with my classic 80GB IPod. So I had to return it yesterday.
The UI to manage the IPOD (displayed on TV) was also pretty hokey. The fonts of the items displayed looks so 80s. They look like the old mainframe green screens.

Great for listening to music. Video works well (instruction mannual is not great) but not hd.

Got this for music only – hooked it up to my stereo receiver in seconds and it worked great right out of the box. The only caution I have is that Amazon lists this as “for iPod and MP3 Players” – but it is actually for iPod devices ONLY. The instructions on the box and inside the owner’s guide make that clear, but for some reason Amazon lists it differently. Just thought you non-iPod users would want to know that.

It sounds good, but the on screen menu is kind of boring and has no option to adjust any sound EQ settings.
