all the “reviews” stating “i love my shades” are fake and created by the seller. how many people in a row would comment on their “shades” and refer to them as such? product sucks. the skin covers the wheel making it difficult to use. it must suck selling a product that sucks so much you have to beef up your own reviews… try selling something worthwhile.

I just received my Shades and I’m in love with it. Protecting my iPod classic is EXTREMELY important to me and I searched for days for the right case. My biggest worry is dropping it and I initially wanted something that would prevent it from getting damaged in that way. All those cases however are bulky and obnoxious and not my style. The shades case hardly takes up any space at all while protecting the ENTIRE iPod (except for ports), including the screen and the click wheel (which still works!).
While Amazon offers a good deal, I decided to buy mine from Shades because they are a very green company while Amazon often wastes a lot of packing materials. When I ordered mine from the Shades site I got an extra one free which was pretty awesome, and I feel better about directly helping a company that strives to leave a minimal carbon footprint.

I had to cut off the circle cover on the click weel, because it’s very difficult to use until i didin’t cut. all the rest it very good, very slim cover, protective, and good look.

Hello All
I bought my Ipod Classic back in 2008 and I cut out the clear plastic surrounding it out the box and put it in a bulky leather case to keep it immaculate…this product is perfect, keeps it brand new (after 2 years !) and is very easy to put on…My ipod looks beautiful with no bubbles and especially no bulk…The click wheel works perfectly…Going to buy many more cases for my other ipods…I recommend this item 100%

Just recieved this case in the Serene Green, was very easy to get on but difficult to remove, but I dont plan on removing it very often so not a big deal. I did have bubbles on the screen when I first put it on but read the reviews on how to get rid of them which is why I removed it. I put it back on and no bubbles!! It is a nice tight fit and not bulky at all exactly what I was looking for!!
