Item was not properly described. Instructions extremely vague. Not sure if this should ever be purchased and attempted by an non-IPhone technician. Item was not even the correct replacement piece as indicated.

The package I received did not include the safe-open tool (the green tools on the left in the product image). It is unknown at this point whether or not this is a simple quirk or a genuine problem from the seller. Beware if this happens to you.
