The unit once opened is too thin to play comfortably for any 13+. Your older PSP games will not work with the Go. The price is 50 dollars too much. You rent all your games! The video game industry is really pushing to go in this direction and it is a true crying shame. As a collector and avid game player it is nice to pop in a game from the 70s into an old console and still play it. On the plus side, if the industry continues on this path, I am going to save thousands and thousands of dollars.

The PSP Go is completely overpriced at this point. Your money would be better spent on the psp-3000. Which has similar features.

If you were going to purchase a portable system to play games on, why would you buy this instead of the itouch or Iphone? Well if you are considering it, you shouldn’t. The storage of games is ok, but not extensive so you still have to go back to your PC or get more memory and carry that with you. This is not a quality upgrade, it is merely a way for Sony to try to stop losing portable gaming to Apple. This effort is miscalculated, again by Sony. Like the over reliance on Blu-Ray, Sony no longer understands gamers.
If you want portable gaming go itouch, or PSP 3000.

The console is excellent, very good features, just do not like you could buy the console and the system I [...] aseptically credit card.
And so far I have not bought a single game.

All said and done the PSP GO is still a terrible horrible console to an ALREADY dieing hand held gaming line. this just shows how little Sony knows about anything and needs to give up on the portable gaming market. I saw this first hand at E3 2009. And from the second i saw it the only thing i was happy for was when i got to take it out of my hands and go wash the goo like residue of a failed device.
If you want a good hand held device, any of the PSP’s before this will suffice, or for that matter any other gaming console that doesn’t suck as horribly as this device does on so many levels! To give this a one star even would require that i be blind, deaf, and well STUPID. sadly amazon doesn’t allow negative numbers or my score would be -10.
Discussion over it sucks, Stop failing SONY, and give up!
