I bought it for my 6 year old. She hardly ever plays with it. It might be better suited for an older girl who can read. There were lots of instructions that you need to read and follow. I know she’s played with other games like this and they were more intuitive. She could figure out easily what to do. I know I had difficulty figuring things out in the beginning, but because I could read I did finally figure things out. For her it seemed like too many steps and she got frustrated and went on to play with something else. She may like it more when she’s older so we will hold on to it.
