I want to say this is not a great toy the first one broke after it’s first flight amazon send me another then the bottom rotor on the second one stop spinning and the whole helicopter turns in a circles and I called amazon and get a full refund now I just have the helicopter taking up space have not try the airplane yet is to cold in NYC.

So here is my story, I received this toy as a gift from my wife for Christmas. Well a few weeks passed after Christmas before I could open it up and try it out. (we had a snow storm and lost power for a while) So when I did get a chance to open it and try it out, I went for the helicopter first. After putting in the batteries I tried it out and noticed that all it did is spin on my table and didn’t lift-off. So after reading the troubleshooting section in the instructions to no avail, I noticed that the tail rotor did not spin when turned on. I emailed Megatech and asked them if the tail rotor was supposed to spin. They said it was supposed to, that it most likely was defective and that they would take care of it once I emailed them my Amazon receipt. After I did that, a few days later an email came to me saying that they are sending me a new two-pack of RC toys. A WHOLE NEW TWO-PACK SET! I haven’t even tried the other airplane out yet. I was shocked and impressed that they would send me out a new set and not just a replacement helicopter. The set came today (1/15/10) about two weeks after their shipping email was sent to me. This company is great with excellent customer service! I will definitely buy from them again and recommend them to anyone! Thanks again Megatech!

We received this item as a gift. Well we had no problem with the plane, love it and it can take a beating. Wish the real ones did. The Heli was great for about 10 flights then my son hit the tree and broke the top rotor balance thing. I emailed the company, and they mailed me a new one. Great Product! Great Service!

We bought this for our son for Christmas and he was SO excited to play with it. The original helicopter stopped running when the lower propeller stopped rotating in conjunction with the top. It would only spin in circles on the floor. Our replacement from Amazon got here lightning fast, but after only a few light falls (throttle difficult to get used to), the rear propeller broke. My husband glued the one side back on and it ran great for about 2 min. until the main motor (not the rear propeller motor) burnt up. It was honestly smoking. We never even got the chance to try the airplane (too cold outside), but I’m returning the whole box for a refund. I wouldn’t recommend this set at all.
