First of all you need to buy a neoprene washer to connect this to your garden hose, other wise water will just spill out of the connection. Then out of the six garden hoses I have, only 1 would connect. The others would not connect with or without the inserted washer.
Does present a cool spray but the frustration and lack of quality makes it not worth the hassle, try another brand.

This product, along with two 10 x 10 easy up canopies, has created a very comfortable patio in the hottest summer weather. This is not for those who don’t like getting wet, and does not need to be constantly run in order to cool the space down. Well worth the investment!

I would give this 100 stars. It is the best product I have ever bought and the price was unbelievable. I am 59 years old, and female. I put the system up in about half an hour, turned it on and within fifteen minutes the temperature on my patio dropped at least 10 degrees!! It was during the hottest part of our summer and I would have done and paid anything to be able to survive the heat. I was really concerned about my Mother’s health in the heat. Not only were we able to go out on the patio during the day but my living room windows were open and it cooled my living room where it was more than just bareable! I have bought their umberellas with the cooling system built in for around the chairs under the gazebo for next year. We love our backyard and these systems make if possible for us to go out in the Summer. We cannot say enough good about the system, the cost or the durability of the product. Also I contacted the company with my gratitude for their product and met some very nice people who were also very happy that we enjoyed their product. My sincere thanks for this product.
